That's Maria.
Should she watch Desperate Housewives or Rome?
Hmmmm. Poor Maria. Such a tough decision.
She has TIVO...she could record one and watch the other; but which show will win her affection?
I plan to watch Housewives because HBO will replay Rome 14,000 times this week. But what will Maria do?

Watch Housewives, Maria...that way we'll have something to talk about tomorrow! (like we ever have a hard time finding anything to discuss, LOL)
Believe it or not, I didn't watch either! I was too busy still obsessing about my AT II entries. Thank God for Tivo. Both Rome and Desperate Housewives are safe and sound in my little machine!
OK, watched it!
LOL, a husband handcuffed in the basement-- I love it!
And the necktie scene at the funeral. OMG. I almost died laughing. ER, excuse the pun...
QUIT OBSESSING! Geez woman. They're fabulous.
The tie scene nearly did me in. I was cackling. Poor Brie.
And I couldn't have a bigger crush on Mike the Plumber if i tried.
I stayed up and watched Rome last night (its 2nd showing) but I just wasn't that into it...my book is more interesting! LOL
[hiding while I say this]
I've never watched DH. Not even for the talented James Denton (and I have a signed script from his Pretender days).
What am I missing? Can you convince me to watch and turn away from the shows I normally watch?

a wolf by any other name is still silly.
Hmmm...what are you missing?
Well, it's probably one of the most irreverent shows on TV. Nothing is scared. Everything is there to make fun of. The characters are great, the plotlines outrageous, and as Mel says, Mike the Plumber ain't too bad to look at either!
woops! meant to say nothing is sacred, not scared.
Now if I could just figure out how to edit my comments....
You can edit the master post but can't edit the replies.
:(
Tried and I just end up deleting.

hmmmm, might have to check the show out while my other shows are in hiatus for a bit. Screwy cable seasons.
